AI Consulting & Implementation

AI that actually arrives in your business.

We bring artificial intelligence into your company: with a clear use case, a clean data foundation and a team that is on board. From the first assessment to the agent in your day-to-day work.

You want to use AI, or you have to. But where do you start?

Most companies we talk to have long since tried their first AI tools. What is missing is rarely the technology. What is missing is a use case that pays off, a clear rule on which data may go where, and the confidence that the team will actually use the new tools.

That is exactly where we come in. We combine technical understanding with over 30 years of experience in communication, marketing and branding. The result is solutions that fit your processes, not the other way round.

  • No clear starting pointLots of ideas, but no use case with measurable benefit.
  • Tools without a planThe licenses are bought, but hardly anyone uses them day to day.
  • Uncertainty about law and dataThe AI Act, the GDPR and the question of which data may go into which tool.
  • A hesitant teamWorries about their own role and no routine in working with AI.

What we actually do

Six building blocks that we deliver individually or together. Each one ends with a result you can see in your business.

AI consulting and potential analysis

We look at your processes and find the two or three places where AI really saves time or raises quality. You get a prioritized list with effort and benefit.

AI assistants

Assistants for quotes, emails, knowledge questions or documentation, set up for your templates, your language and your processes.

AI agents and automation

Agents that handle multi-step tasks and connect existing software through interfaces. With clear points where a person checks and approves.

More on AI agents

Infrastructure and data protection

Cloud models or locally hosted open-weight models on your own server, depending on your data. Plus the documentation you need for data protection and the AI Act.

More on local AI

Training and AI literacy

Workshops for teams and managers, tailored to your tools. They help you meet the AI literacy obligation under Art. 4 of the AI Act. We offer intensive formats through seminarwoche.at.

How we work

Start small, measure early, then roll out. That keeps the risk manageable and the benefit visible.

  1. Initial conversation

Free and without obligation. We get to know your situation, your goals and your constraints.

  2. Potential analysis

We review processes and data and together choose the use case with the best ratio of effort to benefit.

  3. Pilot

A clearly defined deployment in one area. You see results early and decide on the next steps based on real evidence.

  4. Roll out and support

Training, a policy for the team, support and further development, so the solution stays part of everyday work.

Costs and getting started

Transparent rather than flat-rate. We set the exact scope in a clear proposal after the initial conversation.

FAQ on AI in your company

How do we find the right first use case?
Together we look for a task that comes up often, is clearly defined and has a result you can check, for example drafting quotes, answering recurring customer questions or summarizing meeting minutes. A good first use case saves measurable time and can be tested within a few weeks.
Are we allowed to use customer data in AI tools?
That depends on the type of data, the tool and your contracts with the provider. We work out with you which data may go into which system, check for data processing agreements and use locally hosted models for sensitive data. This does not replace legal advice, but it gives you a clean technical foundation.
What does the AI literacy obligation mean for our company?
Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies that provide or use AI systems to ensure their staff have sufficient AI literacy. Our workshops and seminar weeks help you meet this obligation in a practical way.
What does an AI solution cost?
AI assistants for internal processes start at €1,000, individual AI agents at €2,000. Complex agent systems with interfaces to existing software start at €5,000, open-ended depending on scope. The initial conversation is free.
Do we need our own servers for this?
Not necessarily. Many solutions run on cloud models from European or international providers. If data must not leave your company, we run open-weight models on a dedicated server. We decide together which option fits, based on your data and requirements.
